The focus of this tour is on ‘food’. We ride together along the river and directly into a historical Florentine Food Market, where locals go to shop for their daily groceries.
We will select and purchase everything we need to prepare a typical Florentine meal. We will decide the menu last minute, once we see what the freshest ingredients available are. Old style!
We will then ride back to our hosts, where we will prepare (and eat) lunch together, guided through the preparation of the entire menu. A simple and genuine experience in a relaxed atmosphere. Buon appetito!
